Projects and payment
Work for clients is governed by the written agreement or proposal for that project. If it conflicts with these terms, the project agreement controls.
Client portal
Access to portal.217pws.com is for clients and invited users. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
Intellectual property
The 217PWS name, logo, and the content of this site belong to 217 Premium Web Solutions. Ownership of work delivered to a client is set out in that client's project agreement.
Third-party links and content
This site may link to or show content from third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, 217PWS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights or obligations created by a signed written agreement.
