What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. The contact form opens your own email app to send the message, so it reaches us as an ordinary email.
• Client portal. If you sign in at portal.217pws.com, that portal has its own account details and its own terms and privacy notice.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log basic request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Fonts and third parties

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use information

We use what you send us to reply to you, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver and support our work, and keep records of our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers we use to run the business (for example hosting and email), when the law requires it, or with your permission.

Retention

We keep messages and project records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations.

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13.
